本 App 提供多語言 AI 口說練習。使用者可使用語音或文字與 AI 進行練習， 並可自行提供 Google Gemini API Key 以使用 Gemini 服務。
本 App 需要麥克風權限，以便將使用者的語音轉為文字。 語音辨識可能由 Android 裝置或裝置上可用的語音辨識服務處理。 App 不會由開發者自行建立或維護使用者原始錄音的雲端資料庫。
為產生 AI 回覆、翻譯與學習建議，語音辨識後的文字或使用者直接輸入的文字， 可能會傳送至 Google Gemini API。 相關資料的處理由 Google 依其服務條款與隱私權政策進行。
使用者自行提供的 Gemini API Key 會儲存在裝置的安全儲存空間中， 用於向 Google Gemini API 驗證請求。 開發者不要求使用者將 API Key 傳送至開發者自有伺服器。 使用者應妥善保管 API Key，避免公開或分享給他人。
App 可能在裝置本機儲存練習設定、使用時間、對話紀錄及收藏句子， 讓使用者能繼續使用相關功能。 這些 App 自身的本機資料不會因這些功能而自動上傳至開發者自有伺服器。 Android 版已停用 App 自動備份，以避免包含安全儲存資料的 App 資料 被還原到其他裝置後無法解密。
App 內含 Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）相關功能。 廣告功能可依遠端設定啟用或停用；若廣告啟用， Google 可能依其服務規則處理裝置資訊、廣告識別碼、IP 位址、 互動資訊或同意狀態等資料。 App 也可能讀取公開的遠端設定，以決定廣告是否啟用及相關參數。
本 App 可能使用 Google Gemini、Google Mobile Ads、裝置語音辨識、 文字轉語音及公開遠端設定服務。 第三方服務的資料處理方式以各服務當時公布的條款及隱私權政策為準。
本 App 不要求使用者建立開發者自有帳號， 也不要求提供姓名、電話、聯絡人、照片、密碼或付款資料給開發者。
使用者可透過移除 App 或清除 App 資料刪除儲存在裝置上的本機資料。 第三方服務所處理資料的保留與刪除方式， 依各第三方服務政策及使用者可使用的帳號／隱私設定為準。
本 App 不以兒童為主要目標使用者。 若第三方服務對兒童或未成年人有不同的資料處理要求， 則依其政策及適用法規處理。

This app provides multilingual AI speaking practice. Users can practice by voice or text and may provide their own Google Gemini API Key to access Gemini services.
The app requests microphone access so spoken input can be converted to text. Speech recognition may be processed by Android or another speech-recognition service available on the device. The developer does not maintain a developer-operated cloud database of users' original audio recordings.
Recognized speech text or text entered directly by the user may be sent to the Google Gemini API to generate AI replies, translations, and learning suggestions. Google processes such data under its own terms and privacy policies.
A user-provided Gemini API Key is stored in secure storage on the device and is used to authenticate requests to the Google Gemini API. The app does not require the key to be uploaded to a developer-operated server. Users should keep API Keys private and avoid sharing them publicly.
The app may store practice settings, usage time, conversation history, and saved phrases locally on the device. These app-managed local records are not automatically uploaded to a developer-operated server. The Android app disables automatic app backup to avoid restoring secure-storage data onto another device where it may no longer be decryptable.
The app includes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) functionality. Ads may be enabled or disabled through remote configuration. When ads are enabled, Google may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, interaction data, or consent status according to Google's services and policies. The app may also read public remote configuration data to determine ad availability and related parameters.
The app may use Google Gemini, Google Mobile Ads, device speech recognition, text-to-speech, and public remote-configuration services. Each third party processes data under its own current terms and privacy policies.
The app does not require a developer-operated account and does not require users to provide their name, phone number, contacts, photos, passwords, or payment information to the developer.
Users can remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing its app data. Retention and deletion of data processed by third-party services are governed by those services' policies and available user controls.
